About this Session
Negative feedback is hard, no matter how confident you are. This session focuses on how to openly receive negative feedback in a way that's productive for you, and how to overcome the fight or flight response.
1) Negative feedback can make you feel a social threat. Knowing that and naming the triggers allows you to manage them.
2) To better receive feedback, make a plan on how you will manage your stress and reframe what feedback means to you.
3) Not all feedback is useful feedback, you decide where you want to take it as long as you take enough time to reflect on it.
These questions are meant to coach you through examples from your own life. They will help you think through issues you face. Be true to your feelings and realities when answering them. We will provide you with comments on how to dive deeper in your reflections to maximize the benefits from coaching.
