Hilary's career as a communication and leadership coach began in 2011 while she was a graduate student at Stanford University studying rhetoric. Now she works with individuals and teams in academia and the business world, from Stanford University MBA students to successful tech executives. Her focus is to help them gain confidence, strengthen their interpersonal dynamics, and elevate their ability to influence and inspire. As a certified Integral Coach, Hilary works with her clients to excel through expanded self-awareness and effective communication that complements their unique leadership and communication style. One of her favorite outcomes of coaching is when a client observably expands their capacity to keep and communicate a positive mindset and calm presence under stressful circumstances.
