Life, Leadership, and Career Coach
As an investor turned startup founder who has undergone multiple career pivots myself, I love helping people build confidence, develop better habits and processes (especially for sleep, exercise, and time management), and find purpose and meaning in their work - whether through reframing a current role, launching a side hustle, or navigating a career change. My mission is to help people define their goals, come up with a plan and process for hitting them, and provide encouragement, structure, and accountability along the way. In my spare time I can usually be found in the mountains on a pair of skis, at my kitchen table watercoloring, or at a local coffee shop over-caffeinating myself with overpriced coffee.
I received an MBA and my formal coaching training from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. I have primarily coached people in their 20s and 30s, with experience across a broad range of industries - including startup entrepreneurs and startup employees, private equity investors, consultants, Big Tech product managers, and family business operators. We’ve covered all sorts of coaching topics, ranging from big hairy questions like “what do I want to do with my life?” and “what type of work will I most enjoy?” to tactical questions like “what’s the best way to run a hiring process?” and “how can I find time to exercise?”
My background includes nearly a decade of experience across investment banking, private equity, startups, and tech from companies including Morgan Stanley, Carlyle, and 23andMe. Currently, I am a co-founder of an early-stage fintech startup. Though I certainly coach people across many industries, I can personally relate to the challenges navigated by people working in finance, at startups, and in freelance roles given my own experience in those industries and roles.
My core coaching clients are founders and entrepreneurs, C-suite executives, freelancers and individual contributors, and investors (especially private equity and venture capital). Whether you are just starting out in your career or already have years of experience, I'm excited to help you tackle whatever challenges you may be facing and achieve your goals.
