My general coaching process is to start with an assessment (MBTI, DISC and SDI) and understand what you want to achieve. Then, I use the 3 A's to help you achieve your goals. Act: We learn from feedback and feedback comes from taking action. The client commits to actions between each coaching session. Analyze: The client and coach will analyze the feedback received from the actions taken and discuss the learning. Adjust: Adjustments are made and new actions developed.
