With 8 years of experience in the highly demanding finance industry (private equity, hedge fund, investment banking), I understand how career pressures and stress can take over your life. Our coaching relationship gives you the space to take back control and live consciously and intentionally, leading to greater well-being. I guide my clients in getting clarity around why they are stuck and how they are reacting (vs. responding) to situations. With this awareness, I support my clients in getting what they really want.

I'm a certified professional coach and earned my MBA from Stanford. I am also in training to be a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher through Brown University. I’ve worked with clients in finance, technology, venture capital, startups, healthcare, large corporates, food and beverage, consumer goods, and industrials. I do have deep finance experience (private equity, hedge fund, and investment banking), so clients with high-intensity careers appreciate how I understand the associated demands, culture and challenges.
