How did you spend 2022?
The pandemic ended, and you were flooded with things to do and places to be (including the office!). Maybe you got a promotion and work has been increasingly demanding, or maybe you realized a transition could be on the horizon. The year was a combination of exciting and exhausting, and the most social time of the year is still around the corner.
You probably didn't have time to check on the goals you set for 2022. You've achieved some, forgot about others, and some are always works in progress. That's if you set any goals at all.

Reflection & Direction is a time for you to reset. It's a time to check in with yourself, see what worked and what didn't, and set intentions for the near future. The weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas are the perfect time to be reflective, learn from your year, and envision how you want 2023 to look.
We want to see a world where people spend time and energy on things that bring them joy, and we want to help you achieve that through our 3-week coaching program.
It's time to gift yourself a break. A time to reflect. An opportunity to envision how you want to spend your time and energy. Step into the new year with clarity and take control of your day-to-day, month-to-month, and year-to-year.

We've all been in a position where we simply forget our intentions and priorities as time goes by. That's why accountability is a big part of this program. After you set your intentions, we'll ask you to share what you want to commit to. We'll check in with you every quarter to see how things are going and to give you a little motivation to keep going.

What is group coaching?Group coaching brings together a group of people working towards a similar goal. The coach facilitates discussions and runs structured activities for the group to bring different viewpoints, insights, and knowledge to light. It encourages leaning, growth, and connection between a group of like-minded individuals.
What's the commitment?We'll be meeting once a week for an hour for 3 sessions total, this is where the majority of the work will happen. In between sessions, we will be sharing exercises and guides for you to reflect on.
How does coaching help me reach my goals?Coaching is like putting up a mirror on everything that you do. You'll face realities you often choose to ignore, and by working on your mindset and approach to decision-making, you'll remove obstacles that have hindered your achievements in the past.
What if I don't have specific goals, can coaching still help?Yes! Everyone's journey is different, our program helps you identify and set achievable goals through assessments and exercises.
How do I track results?Unleash asks you specific questions to track your progress throughout your journey. It starts by setting a baseline of where you are and what you want to achieve, and tracks your activities towards your goals. After the program ends, we'll check in with you to see how you're doing and give you a little push.
